408 Homes Proposed at Wake-Durham Line Near Brier Creek

More than 16 acres along Andrews Chapel Road on the border of Durham and Wake counties is up for consideration for rezoning to allow 408 multi-family apartments.

Worth Mills of Longleaf Law Partners, representing developer Monts Ridge LLC, is seeking the rezoning from rural and residential suburban to planned development residential.
