AbbVie plans to invest $1.4 billion in a new pharmaceutical manufacturing campus in Durham, a project city leaders are calling the largest single private investment in Durham’s history.
The 185-acre campus is expected to create 734 permanent jobs over the next four years and generate more than 2,000 construction jobs during development.
