At least one of the two incumbents on the Durham Public Schools Board of Education whose seats are on the ballot in March 2026 won't seek re-election.
On Thursday, Jessica Carda-Auten, who has represented District 3 (which covers a large chunk of southwest Durham) since 2023, told Southpoint Access that she is not pursuing another term on the board.
