DPS Operates on a 2-Hour Delay Friday
Overnight and into Saturday, snow's expected to sweep into Durham, complicating school plans for next week.

Durham Public Schools this evening announced schools are operating on a two-hour delay Friday for all students and staff.
Buses run two hours later than normal. School starts two hours later. Before-school programs also run on a two-hour delay.
"Expect delays as our (bus) drivers will be exercising great caution as they travel routes," stated the district announcement.
Friday evening and Saturday, as many as 8 inches of snow could fall on Durham. Be ready for remote learning early next week.
