Chairs
- Wood Dining Chairs (Grand Rapids Chair Company)
The chairs can shift, break, or collapse, posing a fall hazard. About 5,670 units are affected. There have been three reports of the chairs breaking, but no injuries. Consumers should stop using the chairs immediately and contact Grand Rapids Chair Company for a repair. These were made to order from January 2020 to June 2024 for $450 to $1,015. - Lancaster Table & Seating Plastic Restaurant High Chairs
The T-bar can become loose, posing a fall hazard. About 27,140 units are affected (69 in Canada). There have been nine reports of the T-bar coming loose or breaking, with two injuries reported. Consumers should stop using the high chairs immediately and contact Clark Associates for a refund. These were sold at The Restaurant Store, Webstaurantstore.com from June 2014 to January 2024 for $65 to $135.
E-Scooters

The e-scooter’s brakes can fail, posing a serious injury and crash hazard. There are about 4,200 units affected. DGL Group has received 22 reports of brake failures, resulting in 7 injuries including abrasions, contusions, dislocated shoulder, fractured teeth, lacerations, and strains. Consumers should stop using the scooters immediately and contact DGL Group for a refund. These were sold exclusively at Walmart.com from November 2021 to July 2022 for about $200. - Razor Icon Electric Scooters
The downtube of the scooter can separate from the floorboard, posing a fall hazard. About 7,300 units are affected. There have been 34 reports of downtube separation, with 2 injuries reported. Consumers should stop using the scooters immediately and contact Razor for a refund or coupon. These were sold at Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Razor.com from September 2022 to March 2024 for about $600.

- ProForm Rapid Strike 50 LB Adjustable Dumbbell Sets
The weight plates can dislodge during use, posing an impact injury hazard. About 54,400 units are affected (650 in Canada).
