Durham County commissioners will explore creating a task force to study child care for children from birth through age 3. They’ll also consider a proposed $30 million wastewater loan and whether to send comments to the federal government about proposed Head Start changes.

The Board of County Commissioners’ regular meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, in Commissioners’ Chambers at 200 E. Main St. The agenda lists a closed session at 5:30 p.m.
