Durham Mall Welcomes Music on Main
The Streets at Southpoint is introducing its new Music on Main series starting Saturday, Aug. 17. This series, which will run every Saturday from now through mid-October, features a lineup of performances curated by Duke Arts, offering a diverse selection of musical artists.
The Music on Main series will be held at the Cinema Circle Stage and is open to the public as a free, family-friendly event. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, and takeout from any of the restaurants at The Streets at Southpoint to enjoy while listening to the performances.
Performances will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. every Saturday, showcasing local talent such as Adrian Duke, Drew Foust, and the Orquesta Gardel in August. In September and October, artists like the Dan Davis Group, Destiny Stone, and Chloe Klimes will take the stage.
Whether you’re a frequent visitor or new to The Streets at Southpoint, the Music on Main series provides an opportunity to enjoy live music in a community setting.
