The planned work includes:

- Cook Road Park: Installing a new prefabricated bathroom, with connections to existing park walkways.
- Piney Wood Park: Expanding existing restroom to increase size of storage room, adding two ADA-compliant restrooms with year-round accessibility, and ADA-compliant exterior-mounted drinking fountain and bottle filler. Roof should be replaced with a metal roof.
The city expects to identify a short list of firms and complete interviews in March, with a contract award by the City Council in May. The project could be finished in Fall 2025.
