A Durham woman is held without bond on Monday after District Court Judge Amanda Maris deemed Mahogany Ashley Massey, 31, "a danger to the community."

Massey faces seven felony counts, including first-degree arson and assault with serious bodily injury, after allegedly setting fire to an apartment building at University Ridge on Sunday.
