Hope Valley Ridge Selects New HOA Management
The board expressed optimism that Towne Properties will better meet the needs of residents in Hope Valley Ridge.
Since Hope Valley Ridge was first built off Cook Road in 2016, Community Focus of NC has served as the management company for the neighborhood homeowners association.
But in a Jan. 17 letter, the HOA board informed neighbors that Community Focus had been terminated in favor of Towne Properties, effective March 1:
"Over the past few years, we have had more than four managers assigned to our community, each one less responsive than the other," leading the HOA board to "become increasingly frustrated by their inaction in dealing with requests to address community issues."
The board expressed optimism that Towne Properties will better meet the needs of residents in Hope Valley Ridge.
