More Than 100 New Townhomes Proposed for Odyssey Drive

On Wednesday, developers of a proposed 110-unit townhouse project called Odyssey at RTP are holding a neighborhood meeting for Durham residents via Zoom.

The property, about 7.8 acres owned by Sundar Mandava, is currently zoned for single-family homes. Mandava, through the Morningstar Law Group, aims to change that zoning to residential multi-family.

The proposed Odyssey at RTP community is southwest of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, west of Yorktown Avenue, southeast of Fayetteville Road, and east of Barbee Road – not far from Pearsontown Elementary School.

The virtual neighborhood meeting is expected to run from 6 to 7 p.m.
