Morgan Farm is back on Durham’s neighborhood meeting calendar after City Council rejected its previous annexation request in April.

The new application, called Morgan Farm II, would allow up to 437 single-family homes on Farrington Mill Road. It’s one of three housing proposals with neighborhood meetings scheduled in October.

Durham’s calendar lists Southpoint Townhouses on Oct. 6, 4517 Grandale Drive on Oct. 12, and Morgan Farm II on Oct. 14. The Southpoint meeting will be in person, while the other two will be online.

These applicant-hosted meetings give residents a chance to hear about proposed developments and offer feedback. They aren’t approval votes.
