[Nerdspresso] Devil Wears Prada 2 Avoids Tripping in Latest Runway Walk

While this flick wouldn’t exist if the first one hadn’t been adored, there seems more motivation here than just a cash grab. The story feels relevant with a few winking asides to socialites, tech billionaires, and the state of media today.

Finding a movie to share with your spouse can be challenging. It’s not like my wife is addicted to Hallmark movies, but she does have a strict “no action or sci-fi” rule when it comes to date-night viewing.

Horror movies can be okay, but they can be too scary (I’m a sensitive soul, y’all). Comedies are good, but humor is subjective (She thinks Will Ferrell is better when he’s serious). And love stories will always be too cringy (No more kissing in the rain, please!).

To find that movie that works for both our tastes can put those search features to the ultimate test. For me and my lovely bride, only a handful of movies will satisfy our need to “Netflix and Chill.”

It's usually something funny with a little heart and a touch of sass. Most often we settle on a flick that we enjoyed when we were dating back in the day. Kevin Smith flicks are a go-to, Kirsten Dunst can bring it on, and George Clooney’s larcenous pals are welcome.
