A new development, Southpoint Townhomes, is proposed for more than three acres along NC Highway 751 just north of Massey Chapel Road.

Patrick Byker of Morningstar Law Group on Sept. 5 applied on behalf of owner Kimberly Moore to rezone the rural residential property to residential suburban multifamily.
