Rollingdale Project by Toll Brothers Launching Near Southpoint

Rollingdale, townhome community built by Toll Brothers with units starting in the mid-$400,000s, is coming to N.C. Highway 54, just down the road from The Streets at Southpoint mall.

The three-story townhome designs are about 2,245 square feet, conveniently located for commutes to Research Triangle Park or down Interstate 40 to Raleigh.

The townhomes feature two contemporary designs, each with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and two-car garages. Residents are expected to benefit from low-maintenance living, with lawn care services included, allowing more leisure time to explore nearby attractions or commute effortlessly to key locales.

“Toll Brothers is excited to bring the best in high-end modern living to the vibrant Durham area,” said Ted Pease of Toll Brothers in Raleigh in a news release about the project. “Rollingdale is ideally situated in a desirable location with easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreation attractions. Homeowners will enjoy the convenience of low-maintenance townhome living with lawn care provided, as well as the outstanding architectural design and quality craftsmanship for which Toll Brothers is known.”
