Unanimous Approval for Chin Page Road Apartments
The Durham Planning Commission unanimously approved a proposal by Griffith Capital LLC to develop a 24-acre site on Chin Page Road into a 360-unit apartment complex. The site, which formerly included a Goodwill community garden, is surrounded by residential and light industrial areas, including the soon-to-be-vacated 340,000-square-foot Wolfspeed facility.
The project now heads to the City Council for final approval.
