[SoDu Food] Cheeseberry Pie Recipe

This is the dessert I made for an Easter gathering with friends. It’s inspired by my late Dad’s recipe. And it’s really simple - no cooking involved.

• 1 graham cracker pie crust.
• Mix a brick of cream cheese, a container of Cool Whip, three tablespoons of crushed pineapple, two tablespoons of sour cream (takes an edge off the sweetness).
• Top with a can of cherry pie filling.
• Refrigerate overnight.
