This week’s SoDu Shopping Basket shows Aldi as the clear low-cost winner at $48.04, thanks to strong pricing on several big-ticket staples (meat, coffee, and pantry basics). Walmart ($52.16) and Food Lion ($53.75) round out the value leaders. At the high end, Fresh Market ($91.73) remains the most expensive overall, with Sprouts ($87.45) close behind.
