Durham County Library Hosts Pizza Crawl

Through Aug. 9, Durham County Library patrons can pick up pizza trackers from any branch (or email Sara Gibson at sgibson@dconc.gov for a PDF). Get completion stickers for each pizza location you visit. Visit at least five locations and you'll be entered in a final prize drawing for a four-pack of Durham Bulls tickets.

The council is expected to vote on dozens of consent agenda items, as well as holding public hearings on development projects on East Cornwallis, South Miami Boulevard, and near Heritage Square.

Parks and Rec: What Features Should These Durham Parks Have?

Durham Parks and Recreation plans to replace playgrounds at M0rreene Road Park and Forest Hills Park. Now they’re asking residents to share their preferences for features to include in the new playgrounds.
