Yes, Uncle Julio’s has closed for good at The Streets at Southpoint.

But several new shops appear to be coming to the main indoor mall section, besides the impending Dick’s House of Sport that took over the old Sears space.

New tenants include:

  • LEGO Store: Retail store dedicated to selling LEGO products.
  • Sbarro: Fast-food chain known for New York-style pizza sold by the slice.
  • Aritzia: Canadian clothing retailer known for its "everyday luxury" approach.
  • PacSun: Retailer offering lifestyle apparel, swimwear, footwear, and accessories for teens and young adults.
  • Aroma360: Luxury scent marketing and branding company.
