All 14 food-service establishments in the latest batch covered by the Southpoint Access Restaurant Health Inspection Guide received A grades.

The inspections were conducted from Sept. 25-30 at restaurants, convenience stores, grocery delis, and hotel food-service operations in ZIP codes 27703, 27707, and 27713. Scores ranged from 93 to 99.5, with an average of 96.9.

Four establishments improved on their previous scores, eight posted lower scores, and two stayed the same. Kwik Wok recorded the biggest gain, rising 4.5 points to 97.5. Farmside Kitchen had the largest decline, falling 3 points to 95.5. Both remained comfortably within the A range.

The week’s highest scores belonged to Sheetz #776 and Subway #11873, which each received 99.5. Angie’s Jamaican Grill and the SpringHill Suites food-service operation received the lowest scores, 93, but both still earned A grades.
