Salad on buffet line was 51 degrees Fahrenheit. Sausage during March 26 inspection had date mark of Feb. 6. Food prep employees didn’t wear hair restraints.

Dragon Inn. 3823 Guess Rd. Score: 96.5/100. Notes: Lettuce holding at 71 degrees Fahrenheit room temperature on a rack. Several seasonings on cook line unlabeled. Wet wiping cloths stored throughout kitchen.

Golden Pizza. 2300 Chapel Hill Rd. Score: 95/100. Notes: No certified food protection manager available during inspection. Chicken pan sitting under grill at 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Wiping cloths stored in soapy water. Non-food grade plastic storage bins used to store raw chicken, gyro meat, and meatballs.

Hong Kong. 4711 Hope Valley Rd. Score: 92/100. Notes: Cooked chicken, shrimp in make line and noodles in reach-in were above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Wonton dumplings in walk-in and noodles in reach-in needed dates marked. Equipment surfaces were greasy.

New Visions of Africa. 1306 Fayetteville St. Score: 95/100. Notes: Two packs of chicken breast and three packs of London broil were past use date at time of inspection. Two unlabeled spray bottles stored on shelving next to handwash sink.

Subway. 4600 Chapel Hill Blvd. Score: 99.5/100. Notes: Employee was eating near prep table. Single-use items stored under a handwashing sink.

The Refectory Café. 2726 Chapel Hill Blvd. Score: 97/100. Notes: Food debris found on several stock pots stored as clean. Raw egg Caesar salad dressing made with unpasteurized eggs. Employees without beards not wearing beard nets. Long-haired employee wore hat, but hair remained unrestrained. Employees also wore bracelets and watches in food prep.

In large walk-in cooler for receiving donations, raw pork stored in bins with sliced and fully cooked ham; raw turkey stored with sliced cooked turkey.
