A fun day on the courts will help families in need this Sunday, Oct. 19, when Harper’s Home hosts its Pickleball & Tennis Mixer Fundraiser at the Duke Faculty Club (10 Faculty Club Dr.) from 3 to 5:30 p.m.

The event blends friendly play and community connection to support families with children undergoing treatment at Duke Children’s Hospital. Harper’s Home provides a “home away from home” for these families - a place of comfort during difficult medical journeys.

“This is such an answered prayer and a huge blessing to our family,” one Harper’s Home family shared. “It means so much to have a safe, clean place to lay our heads at night when we have to part ways.”
