According to Reuters, the attacks are expected to last for at least several days. Other outlets, including the BBC, report that the attacks have targeted leadership sites in Iran. They also come while negotiators, including Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, were allegedly trying to make a deal with Iranians.
Retaliatory attacks already have begun from Tehran.
