Veteran Opening New Durham Dry Cleaning Shop

Lapels Cleaners, a franchise of Clean Brands LLC, on June 22 opens its new location in South Durham’s Renaissance Village near The Streets at Southpoint.

The shop is the second for Sukhjiwan Singh – also known as Jay – a U.S. Army veteran who previously established a location in Cary. Located at 8128 Renaissance Pkwy., No. 112, the storefront dry cleaner operation also will offer pick-up and delivery service. Services include:

• Dry cleaning.
• Shirt laundry.
• Alterations.
• Wash and fold.
• Bulk laundry.
• Leather cleaning.
• Wedding gown cleaning and preservation.
• Comforter cleaning.

Lapels Cleaners uses non-toxic cleaning solutions and processes provided by GreenEarth Cleaning.
