I was in a novelty candy store recently and “Cool Rider” from Grease 2 came on over the sound system. I had never heard that song independent of the movie. It was a transcendent moment. I was instantly transported to the summer of 1982 when I saw this flick with my gal pals. I had wanted to see Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, but I was outnumbered. While it was not my first choice, this movie did introduce me to Michelle Pfeiffer, and for that I’m eternally grateful.
