[Gallery] Rogers-Herr Middle School Band, Orchestra, Chorus at Carowinds - May 2, 2026

The school orchestra and chorus received superior ratings from judges, while the band earned an excellent rating.

The Rogers-Herr Middle School orchestra and chorus (under the direction of Nat Stine) and band (directed by Renada Cammon) traveled to Carowinds in Charlotte on May 2 to participate in the annual Festival of Music. Both chorus and orchestra received superior ratings from the judges and band earned an excellent rating.

I traveled with the band as a chaperone for some band and orchestra students, but also managed to get some photos and video of the event for the gallery below. Congratulations to the students and their directors for a successful trip!
