This week’s SoDu Shopping Basket shows grocery prices are basically flat this week, with the average basket landing at $67.33.

Aldi remains the lowest full-basket total at $51.53, while Fresh Market lands at $106.39 - a reminder that the same staples can still swing by more than $50 depending on where you shop.
