Come August, Gabe Turner hopes to see the culmination of a lifelong passion with the opening of Bull City Slabs at The Shoppes of Hope Valley.
Turner, who says he’s been collecting trading cards and other collectibles for decades, said timing is subject to the final stages of buildout and permitting for the shop. The Durham County Board of Commissioners tonight is expected to vote on lease approval for the shop’s space where Subway used to be.
