The 2025 Durham Greek Festival is back at St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church (May 3–4) with authentic food, live dancing, artisan shopping, and guided tours of the landmark domed church. Admission is free, and the event runs rain or shine just off NC-751 near Southpoint.
• From SoDu to the Stars: OtherSpace Is My Out-of-This-World Side Project: Think of it as an online, interactive novel - a collaborative storytelling experience where players create characters, explore distant planets, and shape the unfolding story together in real time. All through the magic of text.
• South Durham Criminal Incident Reports for April 2025: South Durham saw a continued rise in vehicle-related crimes last month, according to the latest report for ZIP code 27713, with motor vehicle burglaries and thefts making up the largest share of reported incidents.
