  • Noon: Flower garland activity with Scrap Exchange and a string ceremony area.
  • 1 p.m.: Cambodian dancers.
  • 1:30 pm.: Lao dancer.
  • 1:45 p.m.: Crowd learns Lao group dance (lam vong).
  • 2 p.m.: Water blessing.

The event also features a bounce house for kids from Bull City Inflatables, a face painter, and DJ Ray playing music.

A full list of participating food trucks is available here, but a sample includes:

  • Chirba Chirba Dumpling.
  • Crispy Gyoza.
  • Go Yaki, The Better Hibachi.
  • Gussys.
  • Mama Voula’s.

The rodeo happens rain or shine. Most trucks accept credit cards, but an ATM is available on site if needed. Dogs should be kept on regular, non-retractable leashes. Bring a blanket or lawn chair if you plan to sit and relax for a while.
