Let’s finish our trip out west with a visit to the Evergreen State. There is a lot to be said about Washington state. It’s got a green flag. Sub-Pop was vital to the sound of the 1990s (our flannel is not your costume). REI. Rain. Starbucks.
What isn’t readily known is how vital the wine industry is to the state, nor how excellent the wine can be. Let’s see what happens in the vines of Washington.
