Coach celebrates Southpoint grand opening Saturday

I’m asking 100 neighbors to help raise $5,000 by Sept. 22 to expand independent local journalism through Southpoint Access.

Coach will celebrate the grand opening of its new store at The Streets at Southpoint from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12.

Visitors can get a look at the store, enjoy sweet treats, and receive complimentary customization with a purchase from artist Jessie Luo, who shares her work on Instagram at @jessieluoillustration.

Coach is a New York-based fashion house best known for its leather handbags, wallets, shoes, clothing, and accessories. Founded by six artisans in 1941, the company grew from a family-run leather goods business into an international brand. Coach is owned by Tapestry, which also owns Kate Spade New York.
